TCL NxtPaper 14 unveiled, TCL Tab 11 Gen 2 coming soon

The TCL NxtPaper 14 has been unveiled, and the is coming to international markets soon. While both expand the brand’s tablet lineup, the latter was introduced at MWC earlier this year as a budget-friendly offering.

The NxtPaper 14 has a 14.3-inch NxtPaper 3.0 display, which is TCL’s latest in e-ink-mimicking technology. The screen filters blue light by up to 61% while retaining image detail and color accuracy.

The screen also offers a refresh rate of 60Hz, 400 nits of brightness, and a resolution of 2400 x 1600. Plus, the touch panel supports up to 10 points and the TCL T-Pen stylus.

Users will get a physical toggle allowing changes between Regular, Color Paper, and Ink Paper modes.

The device is equipped with an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus. At the front, users will get dual-shooters which include a 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel camera.

The tablet is powered by a Helio G99 and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage as well. It even packs a large 10,000mAh battery with 33W of wired charging via USB Type-C.

However, I should note that it doesn’t support SIM or microSD cards. It exclusively works over Wi-Fi. The device’s only other notable feature is face unlock as the sole biometric option.

The runs on Android 14, priced at EUR 399PHP 24,581USD 419INR 35,507CNY 3,051 (~PHP 25,000USD 426INR 36,115EUR 406CNY 3,103). It’s set to be available in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific.
