ViewSonic announces new Elite, XG, VX series gaming monitors

ViewSonic Corp. has announced the expansion of its IPS gaming monitor lineup, together with the new Elite XG270QG,  XG2405, and QHD VX2705-2KP-mhd gaming monitors.

The ViewSonic XG270Q is a 27-inch monitor that can achieve true 1ms (GtG) response time. Along with the 165Hz refresh rate and G-SYNC compatibility, the XG270Q gaming monitor also boasts a frameless IPS panel with native QHD (2560×1440) resolution and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification for delivering vibrant colors and incisive details. It features a frameless design and built-in speakers, along with an integrated mouse anchor, headphone hook, ELITE RGB ambient lighting, and ultra-thin brushed aluminum base. The ViewSonic XG270Q is set to arrive in April, with its SRP to be announced soon.

On the other hand, the ViewSonic XG2405 is a 24-inch IPS-panel gaming monitor with a 1ms response time, a 144Hz refresh rate, and AMD FreeSync technology. It flaunts a sleek, 3-side borderless, ergonomic design.

Meanwhile, the ViewSonic VX2705-2kp-mhd is a 27-inch QHD monitor designed with QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution and 93% NTSC, 131% sRGB color coverage. It comes with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1ms MPRT response time, and Adaptive-Sync support. This monitor features flexible connectivity with DisplayPort and two HDMI ports. It also has user-customized ViewMode, such as Game mode or Movie mode. Additionally, it comes with Flicker-Free and Blue Light Filter eye-care technology for eye protection. This new version has two HDMI v2.0 (instead of one v2.0 and one v1.4), still has the DP v1.2 port, and has a slightly increased tilt range and better horizontal frequency range of 15-255KHz compared to the previous 30-240KHz.
