vivo has recently launched its latest 5G-powered smartphone, the vivo iQOO U3, in China.
The vivo iQOO U3 5G sports a 6.58-inch LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor, an ARM Mali-G57 MC3 graphics, up to 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery. It comes with dual-rear cameras with 48MP (main) and 2MP (depth) sensors. Upfront is an 8MP front camera.

The vivo iQOO U3 5G is available in two configurations with either 6GB or 8GB RAM, paired with 128GB of storage. The 8GB + 128GB model comes with a price tag of CNY 1,698, while the 6GB + 128GB variant retails at CNY 1,498 in China.
