vivo has revealed the vivo Pad 2 as their latest flagship tablet and a predecessor to the vivo Pad.
The successor of the vivo Pad has been unveiled as the vivo Pad 2. The tablet sports 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2800×1968 resolution and up to 144Hz of refresh rate. It supports HDR10, a brightness of up to 600 nits, and has an aspect ratio of 7:5 instead of the usual 16:10 or 3:2.
The device can have either 8 or 12GB of RAM while internal storage have three variations: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. vivo Pad 2’s rear camera setup consists of a 13MP main and 2MP macro while the front camera is 8MP. Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset, it has a 10,000mAh battery with 44W flash charging.
Alongside the device, vivo offers a detachable keyboard cover and the Pencil 2 – the successor to vivo’s tablet stylus.
The vivo Pad 2 is available for purchase starting at CNY 2,499.00 for the 8+128GB variant, CNY 2,799.00 for the 8+256GB model, CNY 3,099.00 for the 12+256GB combo, and CNY 3,399.00 for the 12+512GB version. The keyboard accessory costs an additional CNY 3,048.00, while the Pencil 2 goes for an additional CNY 2,948.00. For both the keyboard and the Pencil 2, it will cost you an additional CNY 3,497.00.
There is currently no word for release of this device in Philippine shores, but we’ll update you once we catch wind of it.
