Vivo V29 5G makes a strong comeback: Premium Design and Powerful Camera

The launch of the vivo v29 marks four years of rigid refinements of the V-series, combining great design and craftsmanship and a unique camera system that makes practical sense to regular users.

Last September 25, 2023 at Okada Manila, the grand launch of the vivo V29 5G was graced by the brand’s latest ambassador, Anne Curtis. On the same event, the vivo x NBA partnership was also celebrated with an exchange of mementos between the two giants.

Since the vivo V23, they’ve been pushing for the 12GB RAM + 256GB standard configuration whereas everyone else is doing 8GB+128GB. The vivo V29 5G continues that tradition but is also offering a more generous 12GB RAM + 512GB storage combination.

The vivo V29 5G continues to refine its photography capabilities with the introduction of Aura Light 2.0 technology as well as the inclusion of a large 50MP selfie camera.

To complete the configuration, the V29 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 778G chipset with 5G connectivity, triple-camera system with PDAF and OIS, a 4600mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC, all running FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13.

Aside from good hardware, the vivo V29 5G inherits the same refined and beautiful design from the V27 series with its glass and metal chassis packed in such a thin body at just 7.5mm and weights only 186 grams.
