vivo’s Vice President and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, Jia Jingdong, has revealed the first few details of their latest smartphone series: the vivo X200, vivo X200 Pro, and vivo X200 Pro Mini.
The vivo X200 series will sport a Zeiss 200MP APO super telephoto lens that has a 135mm focal length. It also introduces telephoto macro mode and has landscape mode.
There will also be 4K at 120fps slow motion video recording and 4K backlit portrait video. This is supported with a Sony LYT-818 sensor and vivo’s V3+ imaging chip.
Jingdong has also announced that the smartphone series will run on a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset and OriginOS 5. There is also 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and Zeiss Master Color Screen. This is said to be close to the iPhone’s retina screen. The vivo X200 Pro Mini will have a flat screen with narrow borders though.
The vivo X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini will arrive in China on October 14.
