The vivo Y200+ 5G is now official, introduced in China as the brand’s latest entry-level device.
It has a 6.68-inch screen with HD+ resolution and 1,000 nits of peak brightness. It’s also TUV Rheinland certified for low blue light and global DC dimming.
The device features Rock Solid Shock Absorption, which allows it to withstand accidental drops. Plus, it has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. Users can find the device in color options including Apricot Sea, Midnight Black, and Sky City.
Under the hood, it’s powered by a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2. It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. It also packs a large 6,000mAh battery and supports 44W of fast charging via USB Type-C.
For cameras, it has a 50-megapixel main paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It’s also equipped with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
The phone will run on OriginOS based on Android 15 out of the box. Connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
The vivo Y200+ 5G starts at CNY 1,099PHP 8,859USD 151INR 12,795EUR 144 (~PHP 9K) with 8GB/256GB. Its highest variant is also available for CNY 1,499PHP 12,083USD 206INR 17,453EUR 196 (~PHP 12K) with 12GB/512GB.
