vivo has announced the successor to the V78+ – the vivo Y78.
The vivo Y78 will have a 6.64-inch LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate. It has two RAM options: 8GB and 12GB while having either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.
The smartphone’s rear camera setup features a 50MP main and two 2MP unknown lenses. Its front camera shoots with an 8MP sensor.
While being powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7020 chipset, it sports a 5,000mAh battery with 44W wired charging.
The vivo Y78 is currently only available in China with prices starting at CNY 1399.00 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, CNY 1699.00 for the 8GB + 256GB model, and CNY 1999.00 for the 12GB + 256GB version.
There’s no word whether the device will hit Philippine shores, but we’ll update you once we know more.
