Xiaomi unveiled a better version of its Yi action camera. With the upgrade comes the 60fps recording in 4K resolution.
The new Yi 4K+ action camera is capable of capturing 4K video at 60 frames per second which is a first in its class. That’s also twice the frames compared to the popular GoPro Hero5 Black. The new Yi 4K+ uses Ambarella H2 SoC with 2GB of RAM to enable its bit rate up to 120Mbps. It’s also the first 14nm video processing chipset thus low power consumption even when doing 4K.
It’s got a 12-megapixel Sony IMX377 CMOS image sensor and use electronic image stabilization (EIS). It has the next-gen USB-C port. It also captures RAW format and can do live streaming and virtual reality (VR) support.
Yi 4K+ specs:

155-degree field-of-view w/ Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS)
Up to 4K video @ 60fps

XiaoMi and XiaoYi are two different companies. Mi sells celphones and batt banks while Yi sells action camera. Yi Technology is the XiaoYi. It is the XiaoYi that sells the YiCam4K+ and not XiaoMi.
