Are the bootloaders of the laptops, which I assume is some variant of Intel’s EFI firmware, locked in some way tor only Windows? Can I load a GNU/Linux distribution like Ubuntu or Fedora on these laptops? Or are they purely “designed for Windows” only?
you can disable the secure boot and can boot any linux/gnu distributions. you can even load High Sierra :)
