Xiaomi has recently unveiled its latest products in Europe, including the new Mi Electric Scooter 3.
The Mi Electric Scooter 3 has a 275Wh battery for up to 30 km range and can operate at 300W continuously with peak power-hitting 600W. The scooter can reach a maximum speed of 25km/h and has a 16% slope climbing capacity.
This electric scooter gets a redesigned folding mechanism with a 3-step design, and it also boasts a new integrated display with no partitions.
In addition, it is also geared with a kinetic energy recovery system (KERS), which can recover kinetic energy from braking and coasting and convert it into usable electrical energy to improve travel range further.
It comes with three-speed modes: Pedestrian Mode, Standard Mode, and Sport Mode. The safety of the speed modes has been evaluated by TÜV Rheinland, according to EN17128 regulations.
Moreover, its frame is made of a high-strength aviation-grade Series 6 aluminium alloy body equipped with pneumatic tires. The scooter also features an LED rear warning light, large-size front reflector light, and bidirectional side reflectors. It is also equipped with an E-ABS regenerative anti-lock braking system and a new rear dual-pad disc brake.
With the Mi Home app functions, operations such as firmware upgrades and scooter locking or unlocking can be carried out using Bluetooth. With this, the user may also view riding data and modify various personalized settings.
The scooter comes in two color options: Gravity Gray and Onyx Black. It weighs 13 kg and has a maximum load of 100kg.
Xiaomi’s Mi Electric Scooter 3 is priced at EUR 449.
