Xiaomi Redmi 10 confirmed to launch soon

Xiaomi has announced that the latest addition to the Redmi series, the Redmi 10, is coming soon.

According to Xiaomi, the Redmi 10 is the first smartphone with a 50MP AI quad-camera under the Redmi Series. The Redmi 10 will also come with a 90Hz FHD+ display and dual speakers.

Meanwhile, the brand has accidentally revealed the features of the Redmi 10 through its official blog. However, the post is now deleted, but XDA Developers has published a story about the smartphone with its full specs.

As reported by XDA Developers, the Redmi 10 sports a 90Hz 6.5-inch FHD+ DotDisplay with adaptive sync (45/60/90Hz). It is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC, up to 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging and 9W wired reverse charging support. It features quad rear cameras consisting of 50MP (main), 8MP (ultrawide), 2MP (macro), and 2MP (depth) sensors. Upfront is an 8MP selfie camera. Other features include 4G LTE, microSD slot, dual stereo speakers, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.

In addition, the Redmi 10 will be available in three RAM/storage variants: 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB, and 6GB+128GB and three color options: Carbon Gray, Pebble White, and Sea Blue.

There’s no word yet about the launch date and price of the smartphone, so stay tuned!
