Xiaomi has released their latest entry-level smartphone – the Redmi 8A. It’ll be available in 3 colors: Sunset Red, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black.
The Redmi 8A packs a 6.22-inch HD+ IPS display, 12MP F1.8 rear camera, 8MP front camera, 32GB storage expandable via microSD slot, Snapdragon 439 chipset, Adreno 505 GPU, 2 or 3GB RAM, and a 5,000 mAh battery. The phone will run on MIUI10 on top of Android 9 Pie but will be available for the MIUI11 update.
The Redmi 8A will be available in Xiaomi India and Flipkart on September 30. The variants are priced as follows:
- 2GB + 32GB – INR 6,499 (Php 4,800)
- 3GB + 32GB – INR 6,999 (Php 5,150)
