Acer has announced two new gaming laptops: the Predator Triton 17 X and the Predator Helios Neo 16.
The Predator Triton 17 X features a more minimalist design, marketed towards both gamers and professionals alike. It has a 17-inch WQXGA mini LED (AmLED) display with a 250 Hz refresh rate, up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900HX processor, and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU.
It can be configured to have up to 64GB of DDR5 5600 Hz RAM and 4TB of PCIe SSD internal storage. It will also have Acer’s Vortex Flow triple-fan cooling system to handle thermals.
Meanwhile, the new Predator Helios Neo 16 will have a 16-inch WQXGA IPS display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700HX processor, and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU.
It can also be configured with up to 32GB of dual-channel DDR5-4800 MHz RAM and up to a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. It will also feature Acer’s AeroBlade custom-engineered cooling system.
