ASUS’s Republic of Gamers (ROG) gaming line also has a new machine added to its arsenal. It features a 17.3-inch Full HD display with G-SYNC, 7th-gen Intel Core i7 processor, and GTX 1080 graphics – the ASUS ROG Chimera.
The ASUS ROG Chimera sports a 17.3-inch Full HD wide-view display with G-SYNC technology for a 144Hz refresh rate and 7ms response time. It is powered by a factory-overclocked Intel Core i7-7820HK processor that can reach clock speeds of up to 4.3GHz out of the box. It is then paired to a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics with a maximum boost clock of up to 1974MHz.
