Justin says:
Sus… how gimmicky can you get?
darren philip says:
great! innovative but i think it’s better to buy a separate PC and tablet instead. :)
Lunula says:
galing…!!!
benchmark says:
this is a great idea…but a 2 kilos tablet?!
very comfortable…
Richard says:
Guys its an 18.4″ tablet that you don’t carry all the time. The point is you can do your entertainment or work around the whole house.
You can even put it into the bathroom if you want. Its something for the whole house, unlike other AiOs na in just one room.
Suigeneris says:
I personally think this is an innovative idea. I agree with Richard that it’s not meant to be carried around like your normal tablet.
It’s probably meant to be portable to enable it to used outside of a specific room or in an office. For example, looking up recipes while cooking, watching tv while cleaning, or say you want an intimate movie night at the garden.
In an office setting, you can unhook it and then make conference video-conference calls from one room to the next or take it with your when you go to another part of the office to do presentations.
The possibilities are exciting enough, and i think there will be a market for it. The adoption by almost all PC Brands of AiO’s appears to be a testament to that. Lenovo and HP have their own versions of touch-enabled AiO’s. Asus took it a step further and made it portable (as portable as an 18″++ tablet could be). :)
