I’m at the Synergy Seminar/Workshop by HP and Intel discussing trends and roadmaps for green energy, power efficiency and environmental innovations implemented by both IT companies.
It’s a 3-day event held here at the Amorita Resort, Panglao Island, Bohol — the 11th year they been doing this with the press and members of the media annually.
Most of the talks and discussion revolved around Intel’s efforts on reducing power consumption on desktop PCs and laptop, green energy initiatives and virtualization as well as HP’s approach on renewable waste management and reducing environmental impacts on their operation.
Will be doing individual interviews tomorrow, when schedule permits, but the next two days will mostly be spent touring the island.
Thanks for this cool informations.
jay and calvin – thanks sa advice.
samsung sounded nice [kasi may pangalan na] it’s at 25K as per yuga’s post [sept 20, 2008] tapos yung lenovo is 22K.
They both come with 1G Ram and a pretty decent hard drive. Cool. I’ll consider this.
calvin, oo.. iniisip ko, medyo maliit siya para sa kamay ko. Baka magpatung-patong ang daliri ko habang nag ta type. Lols.
Well, I guess, scrap ko na ang NEO sa mga options ko.
Thanks. Very Helpful.
i agree with Jay with the Samsung or Lenovo but bear in mind that those are netbooks (10″ screen) so that might be a turn off for you.
@TH
get a Samsung NC10 netbook, or a Lenovo S10, that will suit you
Hi,
My question might be in a wrong topic or thread, I apologize.
I have a question and need your advice here. [hhehehe].
I’m planning to buy a laptop this December. I am a blogger myself, definitely, one of the purposes is surfing. I also like chatting and video streaming.
What brand and specs do you advice me to get. My budget is between 23K – 29K.
Do you think NEO is ok?
Thanks,
Germany!
Tripping ka ngayon :)
