HP’s business-friendly, 10-inch Windows 8 Pro tablet, the ElitePad 900, is now being offered in local stores in the Philippines (we particularly saw one from Villman).
The ElitePad 900 sports a 10.1-inch capacitive display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 which equates to 149ppi. Mounted on top of it is Corning’s Gorilla Glass 2 with anti-smudge coating. Under the hood is an Intel Atom Z2760 processor, 2GB of RAM and an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator at 533MHz. Other features include an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 1080p front-facing, 32GB eMMC SSD internal storage, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and 3G HSPA+ support.
HP ElitePad 900 (WiFi+3G) specs:
The HP ElitePad 900 has an SRP of Php43,788. Villman is offering it at Php3,649 a month for 12 months or in a special cash price promo of Php39,999. See listing here.
You can buy an ipadmini and slr on that price. Or even 1 46″ LED TV!!
Atom CPU? 149ppi? Windows 8? P44k!?!?! … ahh… no thanks.
Oa overpriced sa walang kwentang device!! Flop
this device is highly over-priced. But okay, let’s make things into considerations.
1. Device is running in x86 OS (windows 8)
2. It runs on x86 platform/hardware
3. It is made by HP? (LOL)
yeah..just 2 points..
Asus vivotab smart is also running x86 and looks is alot better than this. Atom din yun at windows 8.
and it is just 24k
plus the asus vivotab has 64gb of storage.
the only thing that makes this thing standout is yung 3g modem nya.. pero 20k+ for a 3g modem? haha
Expensive…
44k and with an Atom processor?
WTF!!
thieves!!
Overpriced by 20k. Amf! Almost same specs as the ASUS Vivo smart tab.
