MSI X340 Ultra Slim Notebook coming soon

A marketing officer revealed in an email that MSI’s upcoming X-Slim X340 Notebook will definitely arrive in the Philippines next quarter and based on previous reports, could be as early as April.

This 13″ ultra-slim notebook from MSI only weighs 1.3kg (2.8lbs) and as thin as 6mm (19.8mm at its thickest), certainly a very close call to the Macbook air’s 4mm to 19.4mm figures.

The specs will be something like:

There’s no ODD included and the retail price is still not fixed but MSI Philippines is targeting an SRP of Php49,999USD 852INR 72,229EUR 811CNY 6,205 which will be dependent on the prevailing exchange rate at launch date.
