Razer Blade Pro unveiled as a desktop gaming replacement

Razer, the well-known PC gaming brand, has announced a new gaming notebook equipped with high-end specifications that Razer wants you to see it as a gaming desktop replacement.

The Razer Blade Pro was announced as the thinnest and lightest desktop replacement. It’s got a 17.3-inch 4K IGZO display with NVIDIA G-Sync. It’s powered by the latest Intel Core i7 CPU, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU, up to 2TB of SSD storage, and a low profile mechanical keyboard featuring Razer Chroma. The specs  exceed minimum hardware requirements of HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and OSVR HDK 2.

Other specs of the new gaming notebook include a Thunderbolt 3 port, 32GB DDR4 dual-channel memory, and the world’s thinnest manufactured vapor chamber cooling solution in a notebook encased within a unibody CNC aluminum chassis that measures just 0.88 inches thin and weighs less than eight pounds.
