Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 announced!

And we though the current line-up of Galaxy Tabs from Samsung is already all we needed to complete the family. Turns out Samsung is not yet done and has just announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 will actually be the cheapest of all the 7-inch tablets, cheaper than the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 specs:
7-inch PLS LCD display @ 1024×600 pixels
1GHz dual-core processor
1GB RAM
8GB, 16GB and 32GB internal storage
HSPA+ 21Mbps
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n
Bluetooth 3.0
GPS w/ aGPS support
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

This makes the 7-inch Galaxy Tab the most populated form factor in Samsung’s tablet offering. The Galaxy Tab 2 will be offered in WiFi-only and WiFi+3G options starting at around $450 and coming out this March.

been raining alot of tablets…I mean, why is samsung keeps on releasing alot of tablets? dahil kaya sa mga sue ng apple?

When you put a “2” in a device, it should mean a faster, high-performing machine than the predecessor right? This is pointless. It’s even 200MHz slower than 7Plus.

This is actually good. Lots of choices. Doesn’t mean naman kung may “2” it has to be better. Well, better in price, I guess. :P
