Along with the Xperia Z2 smartphone, Sony has also announced the slimmest and lightest waterproof tablet – the Xperia Z2 Tablet.
The Xperia Z2 Tablet features a 10.1-inch Full HD Triluminos Display at 224ppi with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2. Like its smartphone counterpart, it sports Sony’s new Live Colour LED technology for better colors and viewing angles.
It has an 8.1 megapixel rear camera with 8x digital zoom, 2.2 megapixel front-camera with 1080p video recording, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card support, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, MHL 3.0, WiFi, and LTE.
Powering the device is a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core SoC, Adreno 330GPU, 3GB RAM, 6,000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology, and Android 4.4 Kitkat. All of that are housed in a waterproof and dustproof body that is 6.4mm thin and weighs in at 426g for the WiFi-only variant and 439g for the LTE variant.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet will be available in Black and White colors and will also launch globally from March 2014.

I saw this last week pa available in SM North Annex.. ngayon pa lang ba talaga ang official launch nito..
i was secretly wishing it had WQHD or WQXGA screen…
the significant update would be the proc…
back-facing cameras don’t really matter much on big tablets such as this.
