Canon announced a Facebook-friendly version of their PowerShot N tiny pocket camera from earlier this year — the PowerShot N Facebook Ready.
The PowerShot N Facebook Ready builds on the strengths of the original PowerShot N with the addition of a dedicated Facebook Connect Button for easy upload and sharing to the social networking site.
It sports a 12.1 megapixel CMOS sensor, DIGIC 5 Image Processor, 8x optical zoom, 28mm wide-angle lens, 2.8-inch capacitive tilt-touch panel TFT LCD, microSD card slot, and built-in WiFi. In addition, it is capable of 1080p Full HD video recording, and has a Face ID system that allows the camera to automatically recognize and focus on familiar faces.
The PowerShot N Facebook ready digital camera will be available in white in September 2013 on the Canon Direct online store for $300.
