Along Arnaiz Road (formerly pasay Road), at the corner of Evangelista St., in Bangkal, Makati there is this small Japanese resto run by a Filipino family of five. The place is called Oyagi (informal Japanese term for father).

They got one of the best Katsudon rice toppings I have ever tasted, and it only costs Php50USD 0.85INR 72EUR 0.81CNY 6 a meal. If you happen to pass by the area, visit the place and you’ll see what I mean.
