We’ve received confirmation that the Flash 2 is getting Android 6.0 Marshmallow before the end of April. The Android 6.0 update is currently under beta and being tested internally for final bugs.
Once everything is ironed out, the upgrade will be pushed to all Flash 2 devices via OTA update.
The Flash 2 was released in the Philippines last September 2015 with a suggested retail price of Php6,190USD 105INR 8,942EUR 100CNY 768. It was initially available in vulcanic gray but now inclues the mica white.
As for the Flash Plus, there is very slim chance that it will get Android 6.0 Marshmallow as no efforts are being done now towards that direction.

Gawin na lang. Wag na mag press release. Ganyan din kasi pangako nila sa Flash Plus dati. May Lollipop update daw kaso hanggang ngayon magiisang taon na Kiktkat pa rin. Hahaha bitter.

As far as I know, Android M is ongoing for Flash 2. And besides, ETA is not a big deal for on when to push for FOTA. Flash Team is doing their job for this M thing and I know they are on-track with it. If some has happened or altered on the original ETA it is because of some changes that occurs upon the start of beta M. The only thing we can do now is to wait for the final release for FOTA. What would you choose? An upgrade given on time but have limited time to test or an update given after the time bit surely can use it for a daily basis? What we can offer now us an user is to understand. Im talking this because I knew it.

First smartphone ko afp pero after buying wala na..iniwan nalang sa ere excited pa naman sa lollipop update na promise pa nila pero mag iisang taon na nganga pa din. Tsaka ang saklap ng service center nila, walang asikaso pag walang sumbong..this will be my first and last alcatel ever, i learned that quality should be over quantity first.
