2024 has went by fast as we are now in the second half of the year. A number of tablets have launched since then, but we are taking a look at those under 15,000 pesos.
So, if you are on a budget and need a tablet that is under 15K, we did the research for you!

First on our list is the itel 13 VistaTab 30. It comes with an 11-inch FHD+ display panel with up to 60Hz refresh rate.
You get a UNISOC T606 chipset with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. An additional 8GB of RAM can be added through Extended RAM.
For cameras, you get an 8MP rear camera and 5MP selfie shooter. It supports 4G network so a SIM card can be added.
In the battery department, there’s a 7,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. Two colorways are available here: Sky Blue and Space Grey.
The itel VistaTab 30 has a price tag of PHP 9,999. Users can also add PHP 1,299 to get its Smart Keyboard accessory.

With the HUAWEI MatePad SE 11-inch, you get an 11-inch FHD+ TFT LCD display (as the name suggests). A HUAWEI Kirin 710A processor powers the tablet with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
There is an 8MP camera at the back while the front comes with a 5MP shooter. HarmonyOS 2.0 comes with the device with a 7,700mAh battery keeping it running. 22.5W wired charging is supported here.
The HUAWEI MatePad SE 11-inch goes for PHP 8,999 for the 6GB variant while the 8GB model is priced at PHP 11,999.

Then we have the CHERRY Omega Tab Pro which is slowly releasing new products this year. The SRP of this tablet is PHP 11,999, but as of writing this article, it currently goes for PHP 8,999.
It comes with a 10.1-inch IPS LCD screen and a MediaTek Helio P22 processor. For configurations, it has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
You get a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. A SIM card can also be added in this tablet.
A 7,100mAh Lithium-Polymer battery is keeping this Omega Tab Pro alive while having 10W wired charging support. It comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and in a blue colorway.

Our last tablet that fits in this price point is the DOOGEE 10 U10 Pro. It features a 10.1-inch HD IPS LCD panel with 800 x 1280 resolution and 149 ppi.
It is powered by a Rockchip RK3562 processor which is a chipset made by a company called Rockchip in China. You get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
It has an 8MP camera for the back while the front has a 5MP sensor. The U10 Pro only has a WiFI version so there is no SIM config here.
What’s keeping this device running is a 5,060mAh battery with 10W wired charging support. Android 13 is the operating system of this tablet and has three colorways: grey, pink and blue.
The DOOGEE U10 Pro has a price tag of PHP 6,499 which is the cheapest tablet in this price range.

Before we finish the list, I had to mention these two tablets as they both go for PHP 15,999 — just a bit above our price range. The first one is the HONOR Pad 9.

The HONOR Pad 9 comes with a 12.1-inch IPS LCD panel with up to 120Hz refresh rate. A Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor powers the device while having 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
It comes with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter at the front. MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13 is seen here and only has one colorway: Space Grey.
For battery, it has an 8,300mAh battery with 35W wired charging support.
If you can shell out just a bit more, you can also get the keyboard for the tablet which gives you a total of PHP 17,999.

Meanwhile, the POCO 82 Pad, which goes for the same price, also has a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with up to 120Hz refresh rate.
Powering the device is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chipset with the same configuration: 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There is a microSD slot that users can use to add more space though.
For cameras, you get an 8MP for the rear and front cameras and a 3.5mm audio jack. There is a 10,000mAh battery with 33W wired charging support.
Two colorways are available here: Grey and Blue.
