Globe has officially launched its VoLTE (Voice over LTE) roaming, enabling high-definition voice calls and simultaneous data use over LTE networks abroad. As of July 2024, it is available in Japan (via Softbank), Australia (via Optus), Hong Kong (via CSL), Taiwan (via Taiwan Mobile), Macau (via CTM), and the USA (via T-Mobile and AT&T), with Italy set to join soon. This service is crucial for travel to countries phasing out older 2G/3G networks.

Through partnerships with banks and financial institutions, Globe reported an 85% reduction in bank-related scam SMS from January to September 2023 compared to the same period in 2022. They blocked over 7 million such messages during that timeframe. The company has invested around US$20 million in fraud detection systems and maintains a 24/7 security operations team to block scam and spam messages.

In March 2023, Globe received Opensignal Mobile Experience Awards for 5G Video Experience (scoring 73.5/100), 5G Upload Speed (12.8 Mbps), and Core Consistent Quality (76.9%) in the Philippines. It was also a joint winner in the 5G Voice App Experience and 5G Games Experience categories, and the sole winner in those categories within the Calabarzon and Metro Manila regions.
