HTC has lately been doing mostly high-end phones and aside from that leaked info on the Android, the HTC s740 went out without being noticed much. There's no info on the price yet but with the HTC track record, expect this unit to fetch somewhere north of Php30k. This evening, HTC launched 3 new phones -- the HTC Viva, HTC Touch 3G and highly anticipated HTC Touch HD. Of the 3 phones, the HTC Touch HD took center stage with probably the largest display we've seen on a touch screen phone so far. The HTC Advantage X7500 series, like the HTC Shift, was not officially released in the Philippines by HTC but could have been a nice MID to have back in 2007. There's already a new version, the HTC Advantage X7510 announced last year and wasn't released here either. The HTC Advantage also has a full qwerty keyboard as well as touchscreen that supports handwriting recognition. HTC's has announced it's second Android-based phone -- the HTC Magic -- and this time, the phone sheds off the keyboard from the previous model (HTC Dream).
