With the LG V30 just around the corner, LG has introduced another major feature of the upcoming smartphone - 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC with digital filters and sound presets. According to LG, the LG V30 features a 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC which is built on the Hi-Fi Quad DAC first introduced on the LG V20. LG says that digital filters are normally only available in expensive audio players but can soon be experienced on the V30 without the need for high-end equipment. The feature gives the users more control over the quality of audio through optimal pre-programmed settings. The V30 has four: enhanced, detailed, live and bass. The LG V30 also features a technology from partner company MQA Ltd. that facilitates high-resolution audio streaming, allowing it to combine its Quad DAC with MQA technology. This lets the users experience high-resolution audio when streaming without the need to download huge files.
