Mi Note 10 Lite vs Redmi Note 9 Pro

The main difference is that the Mi Note 10 Lite can be configured with 8GB of RAM (whereas the Note 9 Pro only comes with 6GB), while the Note 9 Pro's storage can be expanded via MicroSD.
