Microsoft 365 AI Copilot unveiled

Microsoft (MS) has just unveiled Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI-powered productivity tool that will be available for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and more.

Currently in testing with select commercial customers, Microsoft says that Copilot combines AI, large language models (LLMs) with business data, and the MS 365 Suite of applications, to offer users AI-generated tools and features.

While it isn’t completely available to all users yet, Microsoft has provided a glimpse of how Copilot will be able to help users in each of their apps. Here is the summary they provided:

As ChatGPT and GPT-4 have gained rising popularity in the past few months, more and more companies have started to launch and introduce their own take on AI integration in their products. Google, Opera, Notion, Skype are just a few of the brands that have started to release products with all-new AI features.
