The vivo 3×3 Basketball Challenge is making a return on July 21, 2024. The tournament is set to make noise, have more hoop action, and intense plays like never before.
The event will feature 16 teams (eight for men’s and eight for women’s) with three to four members each. Each player will be Filipino citizens who are 19 years old and above.
Further, eight teams from each category will be split into two groups. Each group will then play a single round-robin, with the top two teams from each advancing to the knockout phase.
The top four teams automatically qualify for the Grand Finals, where we await the champions to be crowned. With that being said, mark your calendars now for the upcoming tournament stops below!
July 21, 2024 – SM Fairview, Quezon City
July 28, 2024 – SM Dasmariñas, Cavite
August 11, 2024 – Ayala Malls Feliz, Pasig City
The Grand Finals will take place from August 16-17, 2024 at the SM MOA Music Hall in Pasay City. Save the date and watch the best of the best battle it out for the coveted championship title.
In addition, the final teams are to be announced today (July 18th). This comes with an online voting where you can decide who gets the wildcard and fan favorite awards.
