I stilll have the old system……Up to 5MB/s and 10GB daily….however, when my 2 year contract expires, I will be moving to SMART/PLDT LTE.
Reason being, GLOBE is garbage! Im lucky if my speed hits 1MB/s…day or night. Perfect signal, but throttled to F#@K.!!!
Not to mention, I have had NO LTE AT ALL for a week now…And despite numerous emails and calls,no explanation from GLOBE, and no “technicians” to check my problem….So…F%@K you GLOBE……
concerned citizen says:
tangina nyo globe ayusin nyo muna yung lintek na area connection issues sa min!! sarap ihampas sa muka nyo yung box sa lugar namin laging sira.. ampotaness kayo!! hindi nyo maloloko mga tao hanggat my cap yan kahit dagdagan nyo pa yan walang magaavail nyan!! pweee
Ron says:
I pity the fool who will willingly sign-up to this atrocity.
pobear says:
globe is the worst in LTE service, ive been using smart LTE and im hitting 10mbps in iloilo and no caps on prepaid, even downloaded San Andreas movie.
aychua11 says:
GLOBE IS THE MOST UNSCRUPOLOUS COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! They even deny acknowledging payments customers like myself already made despite submitting my payment evidences. BULOK TALAGA ITO! Watch out new subscribers, sa umpisa lang ito magbabait-baitan.
eldiecancino says:
Mas maigi pa sa globe walang patid ang streaming even fb video streaming no caps. Ive choose pa rin Globe since 2000 pa kesa mobiline, islacom at bill crusher ng smart.
Jay says:
chekwa kasi president ng Globe kaya ganyan. maximum profits while delivering minimum service ang priority
aychua11 says:
You’re sooo right! Lolokohin customers sa umpisa pero MAGNANAKAW PALA ITONG GLOBE. Once customers are in, THEY SCHEME TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Communist China style NAKAWAN LANG!
paul says:
Puchang ina tong globe.
Pang uuto, pang bubully and pamwewersa dahil wala choice ang tao. Same goes for PLDT and MERALCO. We’re being screwed over and over and over and wala tayo magawa. These offers are insulting our intelligence para sa mga taong marunong mag isip. The most we can do is speak about it and raise awareness to others how we are getting the shorter end of the stick, maybe then they will think twice when they come up with another plan to screw us over.
psydeffex says:
charaught says:
@Headcracker parang di mo nagets ibig kong sabihin.
Pag walang kumagat sa offering sng Globe, sigurado they’ll try to improve their offerings.
Globe LTE says:
Very expensive and backward? Is there a hope pa kaya?
c says:
Mani says:
Periodic bandwidth datacap, connection rate throttling, private IP addressing, DDNS/port forwarding not possible, no utilities to monitor/manage their connection, high latency from double NAT/NAT3 network, ano pang naiisip ng Globelok (Globe lokohan) to degrade their services? Broadband? Getting worst in the past 2 years!

Jyb says:
. MAG INVEST MUNA KAU SA FIBER
abuzalzal says:
May pa perks-perks pa kayong nalalaman….Haha
Lenbe says:
Globulok, may cap. Smart prepaid mas maayos pa ng di hamak.
Obsolete says:
By the time matapos na yung 2 years expansion…obsolete na yung lte.
Expat715 says:
Its all lies really, the only changes are for some of those living in Manila. The rest of the country is still getting poor, low and crap service, with no upgrade.
Rex says:
Haha even if you’re in Manila Globe’s LTE service is a sham well I think it goes for all networks here in the Philippines…sad sad, it’s all about money
tagatacloban says:
wow!… maski doblehin pa yan, mabagal din naman Totto Home Broadband ko…. kung hindi lang naka lock for 2 years pinaputol ko na sana….
Vikee says:
Yup says:
Ano ulit mangyayari pag narating mo yung monthly cap? 128kbps ba?
Mon says:
No sure sa mga plans na yan, pero prepaid user here, nahit ko kahapon yung data cap at nakareceive nung txt, 8kBps or 64kbps na lang max speed ko (nagdownload kasi ako ng 700MB+ custom rom para sa android phone ko)
Download speed ko just seconds before nung data cap txt = max of 300kBps or 2.4Mbps
Poochai says:
Chance nila na palakasin ang sales by offering something better than the competition eh hindi nila gawin
Francis says:
Still a scam.
For first timers applying for these kind of services, beware. They won’t tell you that:
-There is an installation fee for wifi modems.
-Device fee for landline.
-You need to pay an additional charge for VAT
so with your plan 1099, you will need to pay at least 1700 for the first 6 months
wha™ says:
khit sa Smart uLTEra, mat additional charge un device nila for 6mos.
AA says:
LTEkol says:
Haha! Naks nagpagawa ng additional LTE sites ha useless naman yan, their thwarting the issue sa datacap at kunwari itataas but in reality e iniiwas nila sa issue ng subpar na speed. Haaay Philippines
