Globe is offering a promo where you can subscribe to their myLifestyle Plan for just Php399 a month with no lock-up.
The original plan has a monthly fee of Php599 but with the promo, which will run from April 11 to May 12, 2016, you can get it for just Php399.
The plan comes with unlimited calls to Globe / TM, unlimited texts to all networks, GoSurf 500MB mobile internet, 1GB Spotify Basic for 3 months, and free Facebook and Viber.
Do note though that the discounted plan is good for 24 months only as mentioned in fine print. After that period it will return to Php599 a month.

Free viber is only valid til April 30, 2016. When I applied on May 7, 2016 they told me the plan included free viber.

You are right JCODE2016. Just Php280.00 for 4 weeks, you can have 4GB data allowance and 4000 free texts to all networks. I hope Globe will not stop this promo for prepaid subscribers.
