Smart’s Surf Plus Plan 1999 includes 150 free call minutes, 200 free SMS and 9GB data cap. The postpaid contract has a lock-in period of 24 months. Monthly service fee is Php1,999.
The prepaid kit price from Smart is Php31,500.
