anonymous says:
is sony playstation crazy? working with PLDT? PLDT is number one because we have no choice!!!! or this is about ripping people off in their face?
SunCell Subscriber says:
Not a scam, but it’s a major rip-off. 27,000 for a soon-to-be outdated model.
Well anyway, Home Fibr is mainly targeted to the Class A families anyway. I’m sure senators, congressmen, and other politicians wouldn’t mind the additional P749/month worth of taxpayers’ money to buy a gift for their spoiled kids :)
Masakit sa Wallet PLDT says:
But but but! Around 10k when you can buy a ps4 less. I don’t mind 3k pero grabe yang dagdag! Nasasaktan ang wallet ko, I have a ps4 pero ang sakit sakit sa wallet yang dagdag nila nung nakita ko yan,
nue says:
wait for PS4.5 :-D
Shinkiro says:
Installment plan nga eh. Usually naman mas mahal talaga kalalabasan ng gadget pag installment. Kung gusto nyo makamura bilhin nyo ng cash. Ganun kasimple.
James Bundle says:
So basically you are getting a 3 year installment plan for PS4 worth around 27K?
The f*ck is this stupid “bundle”?
NotaSheep says:
Please people… DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM.
Blood of Heroes (Billy Ho) says:
@cocojam – these are known scam business practices. Usually used in low income areas to feed off of those who can’t afford to purchase something outright or don’t have credit. they intentionally increase the price and spread it across a long duration to make it more affordable but grossly over priced. It is something that is not governed against but should be. Similar to payday loan places that give you money up front but at a ridicules pay back plan. Of which they have been governed in the US and are limited to how much they can charge.
Not really cocojam says:
You can actually buy a ps4 for 17k right now at game stores and you can actually pay that in installment. Almost smells like Scam like 10k scam.
CocoJam says:
How if I may ask is this a scam? Di ako fan ng PLDT pero valid naman ung offering nila. This is for those na hindi makabili ng PS4 sa isang bayaran lang. If you can buy one for yourself then go, but I don’t think calling this a scam is right jut because it doesn’t suit your needs or tastes.
Blood of Heroes (Billy Ho) says:
So you are getting a PS4 for P26,000? Do you get to keep it after the 36 months are up? And and extra P3600 pesos for “Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End”? Seems like zero savings. You are basically paying extra for the installment plan on the purchase.
Blood of Heroes (Billy Ho) says:
@solidad – no it wouldn’t. It is way over priced. Ridiculously so.
Solidad (@Solidad) says:
That would probably be the total cost if you buy a PS4 in instalments. That’s why it is better to save up and pay upfront than buy now and pay later.
ExtraSpicy says:
I think you get to keep it, this works the same way as phone postpaid plans. That system works and I think this will do so as well.
