mine will come this thursday, cant wait
fineprint says:
read carefully the terms and conditions specially the one in fine print and of course the reliability of LTE service in your area. Ive been a loyal subscriber since 1999 but im starting to think otherwise because of poor service, lots of excuses e.g. upgrade, switching to new system… i think there is something wrong with their upgrade….
Oyes says:
I have to agree. I live in Makati Ave, two days ng hindi consistent yung LTE nila. Kainis. Ang galing maningil ng bill sobrang poor naman ng service
Ian says:
the unli lte is available during the entire contract right? and the 100 consumable load is like a load
abuzalzal says:
Ilang Gigabytes ba ang data cap ng “unlimited” plan ?
As far as I know wala talagang unlimited data sa Smart at Globe
johnonline says:
1.5GB ata or 2GB..around that range…
once mareach mo na yung cap, your connection go slower… :-(
johnonline says:
asan na ang HTC One? i need to see it first before i decide to go for S4 or Xperia Z..
Glenn says:
this site mentioned it http://www.philmug.ph/forum/f17/lte-plans-globe-vs-smart-88233/
globe-no cap
smart-Capped : 1.5 GB per month then speed down to 256kbps for the remainder of the mont

I ordered mine for recontracting (if it ever gets processed) at Globe’ Best ever mysuperplan 999 at 30 month contract with a cash out of 10100php, which if they explained it right i get 1700 php worth of consumable less 600( cost of using the samsung s4) only giving me 1100php to use with call, txt and surf, which i think is a very good deal for me cuz I’ve been using this line since forever. I did not opt for the unli data plan cuz its not very cost efficient since i was always mobile and email, facebook, twitter and all those other stuff dont use much data on mobile anyways, unlidata is only good if you always connect your phone to your pc to surf.
Well that’s only my opinion

hello! i also want to avail s4 with plan 999 + cashout of 10,000 for 30 month contract… may i ask if how will i pay the 10,000? will it be divided into 30 months and added to my plan 999? 10,000/30 +999=? hehe…paano po ba sir? or -cacash ko po talaga ang 10k during sa pag-apply ko?
Michael Sy bomb2000 says:
they used to offer the cashout added to your moth;y bill but only up to 24 months lockin which will cost you 14400. now they dont allow it, you can pay it cash or paylight payment using your credit card for 3,6 12 or 24 months 0% interest, but you can get the 30months lockin so the phone will cost you just 10100.
theSandies says:
already pre-ordered mine and pre-approved. probem not is still their signal is erratic and globe officials are bragging too much about the completion of their network modernization. heck in Manila where i live still i’m getting EDGE signal till now and 3G is lousy.
these globe officials need to roam to test their claim. unless they stick on their own backyard where they fully optize the network seems a bit greedy and it’s subscribers are the one suffering.
Michael Sy bomb2000 says:
i use a cherry mobile w900 phone and i never get problems with globe network, i always have 3g or hspa+ signal where ever i go (in metro manila or metro cebu) except when i go to provinces (or inside large building with thick walls with no signal repeaters installed inside), and i use the net a lot where ever i go, what phone do you use?

I called the customer hotline since I have 2 existing globe postpaid accounts that I would like to enroll for recontracting to avail S4. You give us readers incomplete information! Why didn’t you mention about the pre termination fees? I have 16mos remaining sa postpaid plans ko and sabi ni charm ng customer support that I have to pay for 16mos bago makaavail ng recontracting. Akala ko irerefresh lang nila ang 2 yrs then with add on service fee. Can u be responsible sa info mo kaai you are wasting our time. Sa mga existing na postpaid wag na kayo magpagod for recontracting. Pareho lang smart na offers. Sa mga media and online releases nila e they boast for competitive offers. I don’t see an advantage as existing postpaid subscriber. Did globe buy you to not mention about tnat info sa iyong blog na itu? We just wasted time calling and inquiring sa globe only to find out about that recontracting is just no difference at all sa smart and wala naman advantage. Just get a new postpaid to get s4, sana yun na lang sinabi niyo. What a waste of time!

Hindi lahat ng info isusubo sayo. Gamitin mo utak mo para hindi ka nagmumukang tanga gago!!!!
Michael Sy bomb2000 says:
sorry but no foul intended but its your fault, they dont have to explain it because its in the actual word “re-contracting” it means to re contract or renew your contact after its finished, you only get a re contracting offer from network providers when your contact with them is done, they dont offer it to you when your still in locked in period of your contract. if they offer it to you you should tell the sales officers that they called you an offer, all conversations are always recorded and if its their fault, you get to win in your battle and offer your termination of contract fee free of charge, that’s how i got a a bill reduction of 200php of my bill charge for 2 years, they offered me a promo while i still have 10 months of my lock in period hehehehehehe

Hi
I got my S4 yesterday from globe. I am having trouble with connections to my wifi at home. Any solution you can recommend?
the phone continues to say “Obtaining IP Addess”, then a message appears “Network disabled because Internet connection is slow”.
Thanks in advance for your help :)
Joana says:
Mas madali ba ang approval sa S4 pag nag cash out?
Jino Inocencio says:
I have read some reports of the battery of the S4 swelling and it is being replaced free of charge in other countries. I hope it applies here in the Philippines

I do not even know how I ended up here, but I thought this post
