for me di din ok yan loan a load ng smart eh… kz, in the first place dapat yun mga promo nila sa call, automatic na pde mong gamitin, pag nagpaload ka, ex. smarttxt60.. No need to top-up a 1 peso para magamit mo, at direct dialling na sana, dadaan pa sa *6402, compare sa globe and sun automatic dial na.

Sana ang gawin din ng smart sa mga eload retailer, na no need to have 1peso load para makapag eload ka sa customer, khit sarili kong number di ko maloadan dahil la me load… di katulad sa globe and sun 0 balance ka nakakapagload ka pa din… Kylan kaya gaganda service ng smart… dami na tuloy lumilipat sa globe and sun…

Pag naubusan kasi ako ng prepaid load, isnt it really ridiculous na hindi ka pwede magload from my Smart Money if you don’t have a minimum balance of 1 peso??? Stupid really!

shoot! tried the service but a text from smart says: unable to process transaction, your mobile number does not exist.

anyone?why is that so? i have this number since 2008, if my memory is right.

haha! matagal na tong promo na to ee’ i was told by my friend nung mawalan aku ng extra balance for my registered unlitext few months back. ndi ku alam kung baket ngaun lang inadvertise yang promo ng smart SOS. ^O^

wala syang kwenta, madaling sabihin na tama yung charging na ginagawa nila, eventhough wala nman silang maipakitang proof sayo ng details ng charging!

Smart is a ripoff. I was a Smartbro user but they ate up my load on surfing by charging me Php40 per hour instead of Php20. I asked them for a log of usage and an explanation as to what happened, they asked me to surf for an hour to “monitor” my connection. Then they sent me a list of URLs which I didn’t visit during the so-called 1-hour monitoring which they also said they’ll be reversing because they’re the ones who requested it.

My question was this: Why did I get charged Php40 per hour instead of the advertised Php20 per hour using Smartbro Prepaid and this is what they replied to me with. Doesn’t really make sense monitoring me NOW for a complaint about BEFORE.

It has also been determined that previous charges incurred are considered to be valid and billable. Unfortunately, we could not provide you with data logs since these are not available for prepaid accounts. Instead, we have provided you with the sample URLs that you accessed.

Please note that Smart ensures the accuracy of deductions from prepaid, as well as postpaid accounts. As such, no deductions will be made if no valid transaction takes place.

Nice move, Smart. About time you give back to the people those vanishing loads, which I have experienced three times before. Or the speed of your plug-it’s that had us spend 30-minutes worth of internet usage just to open our e-mails.

I’m on a Smart post-paid plan but I really think this is a good move on the part of Smart. They really have to think of their customers concerns and challenges.
