Smart and Globe Reloading Problems

Prepaid SIMBeen receiving reports of reloading problems from Globe’s Prepaid customers. A similar problem was experienced with Smart’s GPRS/3G load limit.

The other day, Ajay emailed me about her problems with Globe’s Prepaid system and adds that “Globe Auto-Load and the 223 Reload number” were inoperational for about 12 straight hours.

On the other hand, I’ve also experienced problems with Smart’s 3G/GPRS not functioning even after reloading more prepaid credits. Initial attempts to connect online via 3G resulted to errors stating that I should increase my load to continue using GPRS or 3G even though my balance was still in excess of Php100. Likewise, a reload of another Php300 did not solve the issue. This bug was monitored on two separate handsets running 2 separate SIM cards. The problem lasted about a day and is now back to normal.

Anybody else experiencing the same issues in the last couple days?

    Ngload po ako ng loadwallet sa aking retailer sim through online . Nadeduct po sa credit card ko bale nacharge ako pero hindi man po pumasok ung load sa sim ko

    Nagload po ako sa TM pero wala po ako narecieve na text na natanggap ko na ang load. I can’t search kasi di ko pa natatanggap ang load. Paki ayos naman po para saaming mga students. Salamat po.

    Nagpaload po ako sa aking globe retailer sim pero hindi ko po magawang makabenta at maiload sa ibang number ang load and it says hindi enough yung balance ko para makapagload sa iba. Would you mind helping me fix this po.

    same problem here, di ako maka sell ng load… bakit kaya kaninang umaga naka sell pa ako now hindi na…???

    Hi Globe I load my Tm sim yesterday and I didn’t received any text coming form 8080 now I try to borrowed load to my Tm sim and I received a text coming from AutoloadMax that igot my load and i ts ready to use but when I check my load balance its still 0 zero .now my question is how can I get back my load from you Globe? This the last Trace no 51593713 I received. Hope u can help me.thank you.

    Just bought cherry mobile phone FB100. My daughter bought prepaid Smart card to load. No prepaid load received up to now. What really happened????? We need some clarification on this issue. Can somebody from Smart explain. Please.

    i have a big problem with my globe today. i been a smart user b4 until april this year and i transfered to globe kay dili daw mangawat ang globe. but sad to say i made a complain to globe for my loads accepted but did not reflect during balance inquiries. they solve my problem by refunding 225pesos. i load 3h days ago and my load suddenly disappeard. today i loaded 300 again and i made a balance inquiry from time to time, within 10 minutes, i recieve my remaining balance to be 270, 134 and until 11 nalang. tapos 0 na dayon. i tried pass a load to my TM but only 70 were transfered. so now i will throw my globe retailer sim nalang. bye2

    feb 22,2011 i succesfully recieve my all calls 20 php in my phone but when im using it the balance is not enough how come that my load wallet has aready deducted! im a vmobile retailer just earning a single peso im emerita villado of sta maria bul may i know what the problem is my bal at that time is only one peso do i need to add the amount so that i can use my all calls 20 php

    I can report the same problem with my smart pinoy sim too. I’m in the US right now and thought I’d read this to get ideas on how to solve this problem. The last time I checked, I had around 900 pesos worth of airtime and I was pretty sure that if up to now it won’t go anywhere under 5oo pesos. Still I cannot send my messages to the Philippines but can receive messages. I cannot reload either.

    When I used smart’s internet service via the cellphone I got disconnected after fifteen minutes. When I checked the balance it indicates that I have 0 remaining credits and 0 free text messages. WTF? I just loaded it a P300 prepaid card.

    I hope it was just a glitch.

    I’m a Globe Autoloadmax Retailer and in the past two weeks I usually have problems reloading in the evening. It’s exasperating explaining to customers that It’s not my fault that Globes services have turned sour.

    for the past five days, i’ve been getting the smart 3g/gprs “you need to reload prepaid credits” message. before, disconnecting and reconnecting the connection used to fix it. but last sunday, i gave up trying to reconnect. 10 pesos din, sayang.

    My mom loaded prepaid credits to my number through her BPI online account. I still don’t know how much she loaded for me but I got a message that there was a delay in the loading of the credits to my account. Yesterday, I was topped up with 250php of load through AutoLoadMax. Today, I was again loaded with 250php.

    I called up Globe regarding my loading transaction history but the last two transactions (today and yesterday) didn’t show up in my history.

    I want to say I’m lucky but I have to ask my mom first how much she really gave me.

    Autoload services were stopped to a halt from Sunday to Monday. I was able to reload using a prepaid card though.

    I reloaded my Globe account Sunday evening using BPI’s (ATM) special services. I received a text message that there will be a delay of some sort. Calling 211 wasn’t much of a help because they just told us to wait. They were apologetic about the glitch though. My account was credited after more than 24 hours! Ali also had problems with the Share-a-load thing. He was able to transfer the load after 3 attempts.

    I have the same problem in loading my globe using a prepaid card dialing 223 resulting to “service is temporarily unavailable” after a few attempts I successfully loaded my credits.

    Correction: Globe prepaid subscribers were not able to reload for more than 18 hours :D
