I’m not very familiar with LCD TV prices these days but when I saw this one by Qube, I thought their 32″ 1080p Full HD LCD TV seems to be the cheapest I’ve seen for some time.
I know a number of the branded ones offer their 32-inchers at sub-Php30k price range but the Envy is priced at just Php19,999.
So, okay the Php19,999 price is just for straight cash purchases only and you have to shell out Php22,999 when charged to credit card (0% for 12 months). You also get a free HDMI cable with that. A 32-inch Full HD TV at under Php20k is a great bargain (Qube also offers up to 2 years warranty on their products as well).

i had been treated with excellent qube after sales service though parts warranty at most covers a period of one year only. their authorized local dealers usually come with trained qube technician just like in davao.
campbell says:
can you tell me about services of qube ?
Jose Miguel Reyes says:

Where can I buy this cube envy 32″ lcd tv here in cebu city? I am a ready and hot buyer. Thanks!

With cheap full HD LCD TVs, you trade off the screen quality (e.g. contrast ratio) that gives you the crisp resolution where the leading brand has. basically, it give you the comfort of owning a LCD TV but sacrificing the beauty of a clear resolution for a cheap price. Low contrast ratio LCD TVs is cheaper than high contrast ratio.
I’ll rather buy a decent full HD LCD TV if I’m just after a good screen resolution rather than wasting my money with low contrast ratio LCD TV which cannot satisfy my appetite for high quality videos.

Qube TV is only 1 year warranty.
I Went to Gilmore to see the 32″ 1080p Qube LCD TV. I asked them to play a FULL HD Movie because Im not satisfied on what is currently playing. But they said that its already FULL HD. But I insist that it doest look like a full HD so they run other samples and they even said that one of them is blue ray… I owned a branded 37″ 1080p at home so I know how a FULL HD should look like. But base on what I saw.. Im really not sure if they are really playing a FULL HD or it is their Qube LCD is really not as good as other 1080p. And to tell you the truth, my sister’s 1080i is even better on what i saw.
maybe you should bring your own Full HD movie and try it.

@tootzkie — how’s Qube’s service support?
tootzkie says:
btw, the hug i have also has hdmi input. and now sells sub-10k. I just bought one the other day for my daughter who cannot watch her favorite show on the qube lcd tv/monitor because her brothers would gang up on her. hehehe speaking of spongebob squarepants. google HUG appliances. they have their website
tootzkie says:
qube is a good brand. my first pc was from them bought at their davao branch. their products were first endorsed by michael v. i bought their 32 incher tv/monitor last december, and it was sweet!!!!!! ang galing talaga. if you want to go cheaper, try also the HUG brand (makers of dvd players.) the hug brand of lcd tv cum monitor is also good and—– cheaper. i had also one of it (21.6 inches)for my compulab at school at only 11,000.00.

thats really cheap, i wonder if what panel was used, contrast ratio, inputs and the like. i’ll wait for more reviews :) in the meantime just like sylv3rblade id still keep my money for the LG :) I believe they are using samsung panels. Any Korean panels have been outstanding
Free Hosting says:
Not that exact same model but my friend has a Qube TV and I’d say the price is the only thing good about it, IMHO.
NOYâ„¢ says:
sana may review.. please yuga more review.. salamt! :D
wong says:
where can you actually buy one?
ian says:
I have two of these.. One in my room, one in the living room.
Pros:
Cheap
Pretty good picture quality for its price and there’s even PiP.
Cons:
Sound quality is average
Takes a while to load if youre switching from tv to hdmi
remote control is weird. the numbers are 1-4, 5-8, 9-0; unlike the usual 1-3, 4-6, 7-9.
I bought this a few months ago, I didn’t get any free HDMI cable
I hooked it up to my Ps3 and playing 1080p games are sweet, also love watching blurays.. but it still leaves me wanting a bigger screen
Adrian says:
pwede. mukhang maganda naman.
Bob Reyes says:
Does SM Appliance carry Qube?
sylv3rblade says:
Sticking with LG. At just 4-5k more, the 32″ LH70 is a winner.
Andrew says:
Ovation is cheaper at 17.5k

@Numlock
You didn’t consider shipping and importation taxes. Once these have been factored in, price is almost the same. Also, companies rarely offer international warranties.
daddy joey says:
this could make a good secondary monitor for laptop :)
Numlock says:
In middle east, TCL LCD TV 32″ HD cost only P11,500. Beat that.
Abe Olandres says:
@Numlock – there’s no sales tax there, no VAT, etc. that’s why.
Jon says:
Great. Very tempting. I hope this would be the start where we get very cheap LCD TVs.

Does anyone here have this already? Any reviews? I bought my Samsung 22″ almost at the same price. Size is so so bitin.

RankArena could also be listed as a cheap HDTV manufacturer
