lol.. imagine a 512kbps internet! SO BLAME ISP’s! :P
AdRiaN says:
nakakita kami ng ganito sa market market last last week ata.. gusto nga mag buy ng kuya ko ng ganito eh.. pero, for me it’s a waste of money.. i rather use my desktop watching online streaming/skype & etc.. and hindi pa ganun kabilis mga bandwidth d2 sa pinas.. kaya hindi ka rin masasatisfied sa internet TV..
Ethan Tremblay says:
what is sony’s target market??? the mass??? oh come on!
80% of the population’s poor, 20% the mid class + the rich + the really rich class. Definitely almost all in the 20% pop, can afford those T.V’s but i doubt in the internet services. They’ll just get disappointed with the outcome of it if they are just using a normal internet plans. The speed here in the phils. is so slow compare and you need a big budget to have a good speed which would cost you a lot. Not all of that 20% will and can afford that service so why push through those TVs here? I really like those TVs but to think of it, your in the Phils! not in some other countries with affordable fast and really reliable internet speed. sa internet bandwidth pa lang GG ka na! hahaha
Rem says:
Haaay, bakit ngayon pa lumabas to! :/ Does anybody know if Internet TV is available via a software update for BRAVIA XBR9?

Sony TVs still suck.
Kenneth says:
For sure naglalaway na ang mga ISP now, seeing a virtual windfall of profit again like the 1peso per text, missing loads, over subscription of broadband … etc… :)
Hopefully they can figure someway to make Internet TV work for both the vendor, ISP and consumers mutual benefits. Like having a local node to ease up international internet traffic, Internet TV unlimited plans, reliable internet connection/bandwidth, etc … (am I dreaming here … hehe.)
yizhan says:
Available na ba sa market to?
Benchmark says:
Unahan lang kasi yan. If nauuso sa ibang bansa yung internet TV, uunahan ng ng mga I-net provider na magka cap yung net…yep para kumita sila ng malaki.
I know may plan na to change yung TV receptions dito sa pinas to digital eh. I know I’ve read it somewhere here sa Yugatech.
Consultor para empre says:
“This is exactly the reason they want to limit cap our bandwidth.. so they can make more money with introduction of new services and features of tech toys!” Absolutely true, specially in emergent countries.
adam says:
Meron bang market ang internet TV dito sa Pinas? parang sa ngayon wala.

elmerlovesoreo says:
Wow, malapit na mauso ang HDTV sa Pinas, parang sa US lang. Kaso, ala pa kami pambili ng HDTV :(
Kenneth says:
I guess it’s time for Sony and other TV manufacturers to knock on our ISP’s door and tell them to start improving their services.
poche says:
lol either di kakayanin or ubos bandwidth ng ordinary consumer dito.
