comment on our banking system sa pinas: when it comes to foreign exchange our banking system is still so archaic.. so that’s a big turn off for paypal.. am still waiting for paychest… they promised so much .. where are they now? or did they already went out with nary a whimper?

looks promising. dapat naman talaga may pinas. paypal should realize how active pinoys are when it comes to online purchasing/selling – kesehodang mababa ang piso! wag i underestimate.
