I tot the crown is for Nokia n73, hehe. :p
Boo says:
Kung may wifi kasi ang n70 perfect na sana as a no-frills phone! Sleek and stylish kasi ang hitsura tapos tama lang ang price point.
2nd hand units sell really cheap pa nowadays.
Bogcess says:
Hurray for my phone! Haha!
RJ says:
Nu ba yan? Wala sa list yung 5800XM ko.. :( heheheh!
Andew Mercado says:
meaning we filipinos still loyal to nokia and many people are not quite often changing fones for practical reasons.

inutilme says:
yipeeeee for my N70 ME. hahaha
aedos says:
Most of these N70 users have OM installed on their phone. I wonder why? ;þ
For me P990i is the best. I have been using mine for 3 years. oM, google maps, and mig33.

I think there’s a little misunderstanding here. It meant the most share of “ad request from Admob network” and not internet connection in general. I use my e61i on wifi regularly and I don’t remember doing ad request from Admob at all. Maybe it also depends on which site you visit.
iamupset says:
hmmm.. very intriguing.. most of the people i know who connect to the internet use smartphones and yet a lot of them somehow did not make it.. besides how can you win as THE MOST CONNECTED PHONE when the article said it only covers the month of November 2009
if you also notice a number of the mentioned phones are a bit outdated and not the most effective phone for browsing (except for the iphone/itouch). i think connected doesn’t necessarily mean browsing the internet rather connected to specific value added data services of telcos like SMART’s sandbox

stats from where?

Using the expensive 3G in the Philippines? geez.
Victor says:
hats off to N70, I used to have the phone but I gave it to my brother. Handy, tama lang sa bulsa.. though minsan medyo malaki daw pero ok lang naman. No wonder it tops these stats.
guys guys, if you dispute the stats posted.. just do you own survey and dont spread sh*t.. okay? ^_^
iamupset says:
@Victor: i just finished doing my survey and the survey said your the only one spreading sh*t here..
most of the comments here are just based on reader’s opinions not necessarily fact(s), so if we somehow don’t agree with the article, it should be ok to share your comment(s), it’s not exactly spreading sh*t as you eloquently term it
Guyrony says:
Surprising but let us give a round of applause to the ever-trusted N70.
It used to be the King of Convergence during its hey day in 2005. I can still remember the price when it came out, more than 30k!
Haha! How times have changed.
Onwards to technology revolution.

Oh well, I used to have an N70 but I did not use it for surfing the web. My 5800 XM does and it works just like a laptop or a desktop. Whenever I feel like not bringing my laptop, my 5800 is a good substitute as it is light and pocketable.
ZJ Morales says:
@Yuga
Actually, the 5800XM isn’t nokia’s 1st touchscreen phone. Just saying ;)
Abe Olandres says:
@ZJ – yes, I mentioned that in my 5800XM review. The first one came out 5 years ago but was immediately pulled off the shelf.
wikiki says:
yey im one of the 9% lol… teka kasama na kaya ako dun sa iphone?? kakaissue lng saken nung january 4 eh after several months of waiting haha

Nokia is a mobile brand that offers user friendly handsets. That’s why this news is not really shocking.
JEROME R. RANA says:

Good post. I learn something more difficult on totally different blogs everyday. It would always be stimulating to read content material from other writers and apply a little one thing from their store. I’d desire to make use of some with the content material on my blog whether or not you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a link in your internet blog. Thanks for sharing.
