Pinoy BigBrother Fantasy Game

I remember several suggestions before that I could use PinoyBigBlogger.com as some sort of an online contest akin to the popular reality TV show, PBB. I thought it was a novel idea but for months now, I couldn’t think of a good way to implement it.

Then just this evening, while approving submissions at PinoyTopBlogs, I chanced upon a site that’s actually a Virtual Fantasy game for PBB — the Pinoy BigBrother Fantasy Game. And to my surprise, this Irvin guy has been playing BigBad Kuya since season one…

For 100 days, complete strangers network to play as Virtual Housemates (VHs) and to form a small community online. VHs’ activities, online journals, Friendster accounts, blogs, personal websites etc. will be monitored by BigBad Kuya (BBK). VHs’ activities will be posted in this blog, the game’s Virtual House (vHouse). Anyone can visit vHouse/read PBBFG blog. Readers/visitors may leave comments on the VHs and on the game however VHs cannot reply on them, discuss the issues among themselves or justify their actions.

The whole 9 yards! I haven’t read the entire blog though so I can’t say much how it went but basically, the format is the same as the real one, give or take a few revisions.

And while every other showbiz bloggers out there are preparing their blogs for the next installation of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition, the PBB Fantasy Game Season 2 is already on a roll.

This is one blog to watch out.
