Did you get yourself a Christmas gift? I just got mine the other day.
It’s a Canon EOS 40D with the stock Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM lens. Sweeeeet.

the best yang 40D pero ang dream ko talaga is Canon EOS 1DS Mark III hehehehe..

good choice! where did you buy it? how much? i heard that it is cheaper to buy in hongkong. i just checked last week, and it retails in hk for P43,000 (at P41 rate). let me know if there are places cheaper than this.

So does the Live View work flawlessly or does it need a lot of improvement? Wonder how much of the price went to the Live View feature. Mukang mabigat yan ha.
