Lenovo announces K6, K6 Power, and K6 Note

Lenovo’s ever growing line up of Android has a new family of three mid-rangers. This time around, the Chinese company has dropped the Vibe moniker to it. This is the K6 family and they share a lot in common.

First, we have the Lenovo K6. A 5-inch full HD smartphone with a Snapdragon 430 octa-core chipset. It has 2GB of RAM and two expandable storage option of either 16GB or 32GB. It has a pretty big 3000mAh battery inside and a 13MP main shooter.

Then there’s the Lenovo K6 Power which is about identical to the K6 above but with a bigger 4000mAh battery. Memory wise, it will have 2GB/16GB and 3GB/32GB configurations.

Lastly, we have the Lenovo K6 Note. And, as maybe you’ve guessed, it will be the biggest of the three. It has a 5.5-inch display, still full HD, and an upgraded 16MP phase-detection autofocus rear camera. It also has bigger RAM at either 3GB or 4GB with only a 32GB storage option. Despite the increase in size, it still has a 4000mAh battery borrowed from the K6 Power.

Each of them have 8MP front-facing camera, dual-SIM support, and a fingerprint scanner on the back. They run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

Pricing is still unconfirmed but according to the source below, they will be around 150 to 230 Euro and that would depend on the configuration of the model. The K6 will be initially available this month while the K6 Power and the K6 Note is slated for November.

    if this is priced around 6000php for k power, 7000php for the k note, then i’m interested. but ‘knowing’ lenovo, the new products will likely be priced at least 12000php…
