Is your smartphone or tablet’s internal storage not enough to store all your files? Then you might want to take a look at MBLOK – a tiny cube that comes with 256GB of internal storage and connects to your mobile device via Bluetooth.
Wireless storage devices with huge capacities aren’t rare these days, however, in the case of the MBLOK, it takes it up a notch by packing 256GB of internal storage and Bluetooth connectivity inside a very tiny package that fits in your pocket.
The MBLOK features transfer speeds of up to 24 Mbit/s, support for multiple file types (docs, music, photos, videos), 128-bit encryption, and a 300-hour battery life. It also works like a regular flash drive so you can plug it to your computer to access your files and charge it at the same time.
As for the wireless part, just pair your mobile device to the MBLOK via Bluetooth (can be paired up to 7 devices) and use the MBLOK app for iOS and Android to access all the files you need.
MBLOK is currently on Kickstarter with a goal of $120,000 CAD. At the time of writing over $41,000 CAD have been pledged so far with 28 more days to go, so things look promising for the MBLOK. Two storage variants will be available for the backers: 256GB (Black Anodized aluminium) and 128GB (Clear Anodized aluminium), in Blue or Green colors.

Hello Paulo, the 128 GB model will retail for $280 and 256 GB will retail for $370.
Hello, MBLOK can stream HD movies without a doubt. Also, the assembly will be done in Canada and we also have filed for design patents.
Kind Regards,
Anton Kabanov
Mr. Founder, if this comes to life(and I hope it does) how much will it retail?
Bluetooth has never been know for large high speed transfers..
They should have opted for WIDI or WIFI intead
that’s High-tech. Nice one.
This is so nice. Weird lang ang shape dahil parang madaling mawala sa sobrang liit. Kung sana shape/size ng card tapos madaling i-dikit temporarily sa likod ng laptop/tablet/smartphones/any surface. Ganun. Nice concept though.
Assuming this thing supports Blutooth 4.0
will it be fast enough to stream your 1080p movies?
China will make a clone in less than a month.. we will see this in CDRKing in less than 6 months…
