Intel has introduced a smart bracelet that merges a woman’s luxury accessory with communications technology – the MICA, or the “My Intelligent Communication Accessory.”
The MICA, as mentioned earlier, is a feminine accessory that features premium finishes with a 1.6-inch curved sapphire glass touchscreen display and decorated with semi-precious gems and water snakeskin.
“One style will feature black watersnake skin, pearls from China, and lapis stones from Madagascar, while the other style will feature white watersnake skin, tiger’s eye from South Africa, and obsidian from Russia.”
As for the technology part, it features a 3G radio, wireless charging support, and can receive SMS messages, meeting alerts, and general notifications.
The price is expected to be under $1,000 and will arrive in the U.S. by holiday of this year.
