Laptop and smartphone maker Lenovo is also entering the wearable device segment of the market with the launch the SW-B100 fitness smartband, designed for ‘young people who take care of their personal health and are interested in new tech trend products.’
The fitness tracker will be able to track your daily exercise, sleep and heart rate, sharing fitness tracks over social networking sites, smart device interactions, customize notifications to improve both work and life efficiency, and automatically log in on a PC without entering a password. The band has a rectangular display similar to the Samsung Galaxy Gear Fit, and will be running Android Wear according to reports and rumors.
The SW-B100 will be available in blue, orange, and gray color variats, and will sync with Android devices running Android 4.3 and later, as well as iPhones and iPads running iOS 7.1 and above. Information about price and availability are still undisclosed, according to the company’s website.
Kindly check your report as it sure cannot make calls and text and is not Android Wear compatible.
