Meizu has announced the launch of its smartwatch, the Meizu Watch in China.
The Meizu Watch sports a 1.78-inch AMOLED panel, a 368 x 448 resolution, and a 60hz refresh rate—all guarded with its 2.5D Gorilla Glass and Aluminum alloy material. Additionally, it is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4100, has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.
Meizu’s smartwatch supports an eSIM for calls and texts—capable of 4G LTE connectivity. Along with that are its Bluetooth 4.2, 24/7 heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, and 13 exercise modes. In addition, the Meizu Watch runs on its Flyme operating system and supports Meizu Pay.
Moreover, the Meizu Watch has a 420mAh battery capacity which is claimed to last up to 36 hours on a single charge, plus a fast charge feature named mCharge that can give the user 35% with 15 minutes charge via USB Type-C.
The Meizu Watch is priced at CNY 1,500 and is available in China.
